Do you have signed agreements with all the parking providers on your website?

Yes. Online Airport Parking is run by airport carpark operators and we only feature those operators who choose to be a part of the network, meet criteria to join and sign an agreement to receive bookings via this site. Including your booking!

Do you provide options for all Australian airport parking providers?

We would like to! But no. We invite any and all airport parking operators to join the Online Airport Parking Network and give you that choice, however some will not be available here either by their choice or ours.

Must I pre-pay for my parking?

Yes. Pre-paying secures your parking space, airport car parks can get very full very quickly.

What if I arrive a little early, or a little late against my Check-In Time? Or my Check-Out Time?

That won’t be a problem. Provided you arrive the same day, your total parking rate will not change and if you have parked off-site, shuttle buses continuously run to and from the airport. If you return without notice on a day that was not scheduled, then refunds or additional fees may apply at the discretion of the parking provider.

For off-airport parking options, how early should I arrive at the car park?

This will change between different operators. But as a broad rule, if you allow 45 minutes between driving in to the car park and walking into the terminal, you will have left enough time. Your confirmation email will confirm how much time to allow between arriving at your parking facility and arriving at your terminal.

Can I cancel or amend my booking?

You can, quickly and easily with our Manage Booking function. Note: There may be a fee up to $10 to cancel your booking outright before your check in time, and up to 100% of your parking fee to cancel after your check in time. However amendments made before your nominated check in time incur no fee.

If I have a concern with my parking experience, who do I raise it with?

If your concern is regarding your booking or payment process, then let us know at our Online Airport Parking Contact Us page so we can help. If you concern is with the parking itself, then please speak with the parking operator.

Do you offer any cruise parking options?

I’m glad you asked! We do offer cruise parking solutions in Adelaide (Andrew’s Airport Parking) and Brisbane (Gateway Airport & Cruise Parking). We hope to add more in the near future.
